Cancelation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or change a scheduled meeting time (48 hours is preferred). You will be billed the regular fee for this time whether you are present for the meeting or not. Consideration will be given for short notice cancellations due to illness, extreme weather, or a legitimate emergency.
