About Paula


Paula is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and is affiliated with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta.  She has many years of experience in advocating for and supporting adults and youth in a variety of capacities. Paula is particularly passionate about working with couples and is Gottman Level 2 trained as well as a certified SYMBIS facilitator.  Paula is also a Brainspotting Practitioner and offers this type of therapy to both individuals and couples.  She is dedicated to supporting people on their unique path, as they uncover ways to strategically live with intention and purpose.  She carries a person-centered approach that holds trust, acceptance, respect, and collaboration as significant.
