Cancellation Policy
24 hours' notice is required to cancel or change a scheduled meeting time (48 hours is preferred). You will be billed the regular fee for this time whether you are present for the meeting or not. STIR does not provide direct billing. Receipts are provided for insurance purposes, with most major health insurance providers offering coverage for Certified Canadian Counsellors. Check with your insurance company for further confirmation.
